Use the highest resolution available — at least 1200×1600px. This allows our artists to capture fine detail in your facial features and expression.
Photos taken in soft daylight or near a window produce the richest tonal range. Avoid harsh flash or heavy filters applied in-camera.
The subject should face the camera clearly, without heavy shadows across the face. Glasses and hats are fine — just avoid full masks or obscuring elements.
Your background doesn't matter — we replace it entirely with our artistic composition. Even a plain white wall works perfectly.

We ship globally via tracked express courier. Most EU destinations receive delivery within 2–3 days; international orders within 5–7 business days.
Every order is fully insured for its declared value during transit. In the rare event of damage, we remake and reship at no cost to you.

Every portrait is face-mounted using our UV-bonded process: the print is permanently bonded to the underside of the plexiglass, creating a seamless surface with zero gap, zero air, and zero distortion. The result is an object that lives at the intersection of photography, painting, and sculpture.

Artwork creation takes 3–5 business days. Once your portrait is approved and sent to print, production and packaging takes 1–2 business days. Shipping within the EU is typically 2–3 business days; international orders 5–7 business days. Total: approximately 8–14 business days end-to-end.
Yes — every order includes one revision round. When we send you the digital preview for approval, you can request adjustments to tone, contrast, cropping, or compositional elements. Major style changes (switching from Golden to Dark Luxury, for example) are treated as a new commission.
Our team reviews every submitted photo before beginning work. If your image doesn't meet our minimum requirements for the chosen size, we'll contact you within 24 hours to request a higher-resolution alternative or suggest a smaller format where your photo performs best.
Absolutely. We regularly create couple, family, and group portraits. Submit all faces in a single reference image, or multiple photos, and our artist composes the final piece. Group commissions (3+ people) have a slightly extended timeline of 5–7 business days.
Yes, and they're exceptional. Pet portraits follow the same process as human portraits — select your style, submit a clear photo, and our artists will create a piece worthy of any gallery wall. The Golden and Dark Luxury styles work particularly well for pets.
Each piece arrives with a pre-installed aluminium wall cleat (French cleat system). You mount one half to the wall, and the other half clicks onto the portrait. No tools needed beyond a drill and level. Full instructions with a wall template are included in every package.
Because each portrait is custom-made, we don't accept returns due to change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved preview, we will remake and reship at no cost. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction consultation — if something doesn't feel right, contact us and we'll work to resolve it.
Your photo is used exclusively for your commission. It is stored securely during production and permanently deleted from our systems after the order is fulfilled. We never use client photos in marketing materials, AI training, or any third-party system without explicit written consent.
